No. We perform many weddings, including ceremonies at churches, plantations, farms, gardens, homes, and more.
We have preselected sites for each market we service. If you would like an alternate location, we will work with you to select and approve a different site. Additional fees may apply.
Yes. For packages 4, 5, and 6, you may select your color theme.
Yes. We offer a 10% discount on all packages for active or retired military service members with proper identification.
Yes. By law, the couple must apply for their marriage license in the state where they plan to get married. Your coordinator can give you more specific instructions based on that state.
Weather is rarely an issue, but if inclement weather does happen, we will work with the couple to adjust the time and/or date in accordance with other scheduled weddings.
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure the date and time. 50% of the contract is due 90 days before the wedding, 75% is due 60 days before the wedding, and payment in full is due 30 days before the wedding.
Once booked, you will be assigned a coordinator who will be your point of contact. The coordinator will schedule a call for introductions and answer questions about your wedding. Most communication will be through email in your couple’s portal.
We strongly advise having guests arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time of your wedding.
Parking can be difficult at beach locations. We cannot guarantee parking, especially during peak months, and we cannot reserve public parking.
During peak months, consider arranging guest transportation such as a shuttle service if you are expecting a large guest count.
Please be aware of where you park. Parking violations and/or towing may result if you park in the wrong area. Do not block driveways or park within 15 feet of fire hydrants.
No alcohol is permitted on the beach.
Not all locations offer restroom facilities.
All beaches are public beaches. We cannot make anyone leave a certain area, so there may be people near the wedding site.
Music cannot be played where it can be heard more than 50 feet away from the source.
For a weekend wedding, you and your fiance need to apply for your license in person by at least the Thursday before the weekend wedding. The courthouse is closed Saturday and Sunday.
If you use flower petals, they must be real flowers. Balloons, lanterns, and other non-biodegradable materials are not allowed.
We recommend pulled-up hairstyles to help with wind, and we encourage flats or bare feet instead of heels.
