For Your Information

We strongly advise you to have your guest arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time of your wedding.

As with all locations at the beach, you may experience problems parking. We can not guarantee there will be parking during the time of your wedding, especially during peak months, nor can we reserve parking for you as all parking is open to the public. During peak months, we highly recommend arranging transportation services for your guests, such as a shuttle service, if you are expecting a large guest count.

Please be aware of where you are parking. Parking violations and/ or towing may result if you park in the wrong area. Do not block driveways or park within 15ft of fire hydrants.

No alcohol is permitted on the beach.

Not all locations offer restroom facilities.

All beaches are public beaches. We cannot make anyone leave a certain area. As such, there may be people around the wedding site. There is not typically a dense population of people at the sites we use but it is not completely secluded.

Music cannot be played where it can be heard over 50ft away from the source.

If you are having a weekend wedding, you and your fiancé will need to apply for your license in person by at least the Thursday before the weekend you want to get married. The courthouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

If you are using flower petals in your wedding they must be real flowers. This also includes: balloons, lanterns, and any other materials that are not biodegradable.

We recommend hairstyles that are pulled up to prevent the wind from blowing your hair in your face. We further encourage you to wear flats or go barefoot as opposed to wearing heels.
